1. Who we are
The “Guildenza” app is published by G3F Digital (Quebec, Canada).
G3F Digital’s person in charge of the protection of personal information can be reached at [email protected].
2. What we do not collect
Guildenza has no account system. We run no server that receives your data: your game history, statistics, settings and the player names typed for games with several players on the same phone stay only on your device. They are removed if you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings (Apps › Guildenza › Storage › Clear data).
The app does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone or camera.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version occasionally shows a full-screen ad served by Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect: the device advertising ID and app set ID, IP address (which allows approximate location), device information, ad interactions and diagnostic data. This data is used to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and produce statistics. It is encrypted in transit.
In the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and wherever the law requires it, your consent is requested at first launch through Google’s consent management platform. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Ad privacy choices. Without consent, non-personalised or limited ads may be shown.
Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases (such as “No ads”, once available) are processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment details—only a purchase confirmation used to unlock the purchased content on your device.
5. Analytics
At this time Guildenza uses no analytics or crash-reporting tool beyond what is described above. If this changes, this page will be updated before the corresponding release.
6. Children
Guildenza is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data about them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (Quebec’s Law 25, PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR in the EU, US state laws…), you have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection. Since we keep no personal data on our servers, advertising data is handled by Google (see link above). Questions: [email protected]. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
This policy may change; the update date is shown at the top of this page.
