Choosing a role in Guildenza: Trader, Broker, Master builder and Carrier, each with its advantage for the round.

In closed testing on Google Play

Testers are playing the first version of Guildenza right now. The game will be released on Google Play after this testing phase, for free, on Android phones.

How it works

One action per turn. Every denier counts.

On each turn you make a single move. The right one, at the right time: prices change every round, shards run short and your rivals are after the same orders.

Buy

Take 1 to 3 shards from the bank. The one arriving at the market costs just one denier.

Sell

Fill a guild order to earn influence, or sell your shards for deniers.

Build

Open a stall on your quays. The more it costs, the more influence it brings.

Raise funds

Short of money? Receive 3 deniers. Always possible.

A round

One character, three turns, and the market moves on.

  1. 1

    Secretly choose a character

Trader, Broker, Steward… Each gives an advantage for the round. Roles are revealed together, and nobody keeps the same one two rounds in a row.

  2. 2

    Play 3 turns each

One after another: buy, sell, build or raise funds. Before every move, the preview shows its exact cost and what it earns.

  3. 3

    The market moves on

Your stall pairs produce, one order and one stall leave the market, and everyone draws a bonus card. Next round’s prices are already announced.

As soon as a merchant reaches 40 ★ influence, the game ends with the current round. Everyone plays the same number of turns.

Your two banks

Six spots. Just as many choices.

Your stalls go on your quays, three on each bank of the Seine. Where you place them matters as much as what they cost.

  • Link: a stall touching another family earns 1 more ★.
  • Bridge: two different families facing each other build a bridge and give you a seal, which replaces any shard.
  • Pair: two stalls of the same family side by side produce a free shard every round.

All about stalls

Play your way

Alone against the computer or with friends.

Against the computer

1 to 3 opponents, from Novice to Master: 4 levels that change the quality of decisions, never the rules.

Several players, one phone

2 to 4 players pass the device around. A hand-over screen keeps everyone’s choices secret.

A step-by-step tutorial

A real guided game that has you play all six characters, all the way to victory. The illustrated rules are always at hand.
